Examination Date February 7, Thursday  ※Examination for students applying to only one school and examination for students applying to more than one school will be conducted on the same day.
Examination Contents Examination (Japanese・Math・English: 50min each)
※English examination for the Bilingual Course applicants will be different from that for others.
Result Announcement

February 14, Thursday

 (The result will be sent to the applicant’s junior high school)
Admission Process
Total 180,000yen (Admission Fee 40,000yen/ School Support Group Enrollment Fee 3,000yen/ Facility Fee 125,000yen/ College Preparation Fee 10,000yen/ Alumni Association Enrollment Fee 2,000yen)
※The above fees for admission are not refundable.

Students applying to only one school…February 22 (Fri) 12:00  

Students applying to more than one school…March 17 (Mon) 12:00

School Expenses (Monthly)

Total 50,600yen (Tuition Fee 42,000yen/ Alumni Membership Fee 300yen/ Facility Expenses 5,000yen/ School Support Group Membership Fee 800yen/ Library Fee 600yen/ College Preparation Fee 1,500yen/ PTA Membership Fee 400yen)
※30,000yen will be added for the Bilingual Course as a maintenance expense (total 80,600yen for Bilingual Course). 
※If there are any brothers or sisters studying at Katoh Gakuen (including Kindergarten), the younger ones will get a reduction (7,000yen per month).

Scholarships

【Condition】Scholarship A・B・C …Talented and well-motivated students who are applying only to our school and recommended by the school principal.
Scholarship SA・SB …Top achieving students on the entrance exam.

【Description】*Upon entry, all scholarship students are exempt from the admission fee and facility fee (165,000 yen)
*After Entry
Scholarship A・SA…Exempt from tuition fee and facility expenses.
Scholarship B・SB…Partially exempt from tuition fee (25,000 yen per month).
※Scholarships will be renewed on a yearly basis.
Student Loan 【Condition】 Students who are talented and well-motivated, but have difficulty in paying school expenses for any reason. Selection will be processed after entry based on the request.
【Description】 A loan of 30,000 yen per month. The loan needs to be paid back within 10 years of graduation.
Shizuoka Prefecture Private School Association states as follows;
① The school can admit a fixed number of students from applicants who are applying to only one school and the result for them will be reported as pass or fail.  The result for students who are applying to more than one school will be reported as pass, deferral, or fail. The final result for the deferred students should be notified by March 17 after the result announcement of public high schools.    
② The school will accept further applications and conduct another examination in case of vacancies.
