International Baccalaureate Organization Accredited School
Junior High Section

The Junior High Section provides students with individually-targeted instruction and promotes self-discipline and responsibility.  Our unique education system such as teaching SH content in advance is implemented in a part of this section.  Moreover, some lessons are conducted based on the differences in students’ mastery level.  Outside of the classroom, the students actively participate in extracurricular activities both academically and in sports.  The objective of this section is to develop students to be responsible, caring and discerning individuals who can contribute to society.
Cultivating a rich sense of humanity is a primary goal of our education.

Senior High Section

The Senior High Section offers an intellectually challenging college preparatory curriculum by considering students’ academic ability, motivation and aptitude.  A variety of approaches to teaching and learning are employed both in “Tokushin (Special Preparatory) Course” and “Shingaku (Preparatory) Course.”  We believe that each lesson should be a positive and strengthening experience, and we put great emphasis on everyday learning.  For this purpose, we encourage the students to develop good study habits in order to become independent and successful learners throughout the course.

Integrated Junior and Senior High Section
The Integrated Junior and Senior High Section, which follows the Alpha Course, aims at getting students into top universities.  JH3 students start encounter SH learning contents in Math / English / Japanese, and take SH level mock examinations.  This section promotes the acquisition of solid learning habits and nurtures self-control in students so that they can set their own goals and take action towards achieving them.  Cultivating an enriched sense of humanity and fostering the future leaders of our society are our prime targets.
Bilingual Section

The Bilingual Section integrates the Japanese national curriculum and the International Baccalaureate Program (Middle Years Program and Diploma Program) by teaching both in English and Japanese.

45-60 percent of the classes at the junior high level and all subjects except Japanese and PE at the senior high level are conducted in English.  The native English teachers (who possess appropriate qualifications) teach the lessons.  This section offers a quality education by fostering the students’ originality, creativity, and self-expression ability.  The students develop skills to enter top universities not only in Japan but also in other countries
